Service Description
This service comprises a comprehensive assessment, which includes interviews with all pertinent individuals, such as the family members and/or the person struggling with addiction. These interviews will be conducted virtually unless in-person is requested. The one-time evaluation may involve multiple interview sessions, tailored and developed in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the situation. Additionally, upon obtaining written consent, Dr. Bono may consult other treatment professionals who have previously been involved in the individual's care. The assessment culminates in a detailed written report that outlines his observations and provides specific recommendations for an effective future treatment plan.
